Tinubu-Datiwa '27 Assignment Gains Momentum in Akure North

Akure North, Ondo State - A gathering of Executives of The Lucky Guys (TLG), Akure North Local Government from across the twelve (12) Wards took place at St. James' Ang. Hall, Itaogbolu, on Friday, 28th Nov 2025. The event, aimed at intensifying efforts for President Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu's re-election bid, saw the Coordinator, Mr. Ebenezer SirGav OLUWAFEMI, charging the Excos to intensify efforts in order to deliver Akure North for the President.

In his address, Mr. OLUWAFEMI emphasized the importance of the Tinubu-Datiwa '27 Assignment, urging the Excos to redouble their efforts in mobilizing support for the President's re-election bid. He assured the gathering that the logistics and strategies put in place would yield positive results, ensuring Akure North's contribution to President Tinubu's victory.

The meeting, which mapped out logistics and strategies for the Tinubu-Datiwa '27 Assignment, was one of the follow-up meetings after her official inauguration in the Council. Among some dignitaries who were unavoidably absent but sent their representatives were Hon. Leye AKINOLA, the Honourable Commissioner for Agriculture and Forestry, Hon. Moyin Ogunwumiju, popularly known as Hon. Convener, MHA, and Hon. Tomisin Edu Falade, state leader. The Ward Coordinators, who have been working tirelessly to deliver Akure North for President Tinubu, appraised the progress in their Wards and Units.

Hon. Busuyi Olorunfemi, Personal Assistant to the Honourable Commissioner for Agriculture and Forestry who spoke on behalf of the dignitaries expressed their unwavering support for the President, pledging to work assiduously to ensure the success of the Tinubu-Datiwa '27 Assignment. Hon. Leye AKINOLA, Hon. Moyin Ogunwumiju, and Hon. Tomisin Edu Falade all lauded the efforts of the Excos, commending their dedication to the cause.

The meeting concluded with a renewed sense of purpose and commitment among the Excos, who vowed to work tirelessly to deliver Akure North for President Tinubu. As the Tinubu-Datiwa '27 Assignment gains momentum, it is clear that Akure North is poised to play a significant role in the President's re-election bid.
